Account Creation

To access certain features of LearnSphere Academy, including enrolling in courses, you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. LearnSphere Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify LearnSphere Academy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from LearnSphere Academy, including but not limited to email notifications, newsletters, and promotional materials. You can manage your communication preferences through your account settings.

Course Access

Upon enrollment in a course, LearnSphere Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your course access credentials with others or reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the course content without the express written consent of LearnSphere Academy. Access to course materials is contingent upon full payment of all applicable fees. LearnSphere Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any course at any time without prior notice. While we strive to provide continuous access, technical issues or maintenance may occasionally interrupt service. We will endeavor to resolve such issues promptly.

Your access to a specific course will typically be valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. After the access period expires, you may lose access to the course content. LearnSphere Academy may, at its sole discretion, offer extensions or renewals for certain courses.

Payment Terms

All fees for courses offered by LearnSphere Academy are stated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is required at the time of enrollment. We accept payments via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other payment methods as indicated on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize LearnSphere Academy to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our refund policy, which is available on our website and may be updated from time to time. Generally, refunds are only granted within a specified period after enrollment and may be subject to certain conditions. Please review the refund policy carefully before enrolling in a course. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to courses.

LearnSphere Academy may offer discounts or promotional codes from time to time. These discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be revoked or modified at any time. Only one discount code may be applied per purchase. Discounts cannot be combined.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by LearnSphere Academy, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. LearnSphere Academy and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the content. You may not use the content for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the content without the express written consent of LearnSphere Academy.

By submitting any content to LearnSphere Academy, such as forum posts or project submissions, you grant LearnSphere Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the services provided by LearnSphere Academy. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the content or the availability of the services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnSphere Academy disclaims all liability for any damages, direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

LearnSphere Academy is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content or for any consequences resulting from your reliance on the content.
